Accounting & Pricing Notifications
Users with the Accounting permission can subscribe to notifications for key accounting and pricing events.
Available Notifications
| Setting | You Are Notified When... |
|---|---|
| A pricing sheet is locked | A pricing sheet is locked for editing |
| A budget item is ready for invoice | A budget line item is marked ready to invoice |
| A purchase order is added | A new purchase order is created |
Enabling Accounting Notifications
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Notifications section.
- Under Accounting & Pricing Notifications, check the events you want to be notified about.
- Click Save.
Notifications are delivered via in-app message, plus email or SMS depending on your delivery channel settings.

These options are only visible if you have the Accounting permission. Contact your administrator if you need access.
