Editing and Submiting Time Sheets

Time Sheets are only available to companies who have subscribed to the "Accounting" module.  Contact support to add this module if needed.

  1. Open "Time" -> "Time Clock" from the top menu.

  2. Click on the Time Sheet ID of the Time Sheet you wish to edit.

  3. Edit Times in Time Sheet by clicking the "Edit" icon.  Delete Times by clicking on the "Delete" icon.  Deleted times may be re-added by repeating the above process.

  4. Save edited Times by clicking on the green "Save" icon.

  5. Add new times to a Time Sheet by opening the "Add Time" section at the top of the Time Sheet.

  6. Submit your time sheet with the "Submit Timesheet" button in the upper right of the Time Sheet.  Once a Time Sheet is submitted, it will require a managers approval and then be available for Accounting to review, download, and close.
